We want every Petit Lumé piece to be cherished. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
- Return window
- Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
- Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the items you’d like to return — we’ll send instructions and a return label.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
- Final sale
- Personalised pieces and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
